  • MAY 16 Sunday, Titan gym, walked 5 miles on treadmill

  • MAY 17 Monday, OC gym:

    • Step Aerobics class 4:30 – 5:30

    • Day 1 TBW 3-

      • part 1 - barbell bench press 27.5  10reps;bench knee-bends 15reps;free-bar 40  21’s;elbow2knee 20 reps

      • part 2 - db bench-row 55; free-bar 40 skull crush;walking lunge 30; crybabies 60

      • part 3 – ball-crunches 40;free-bar 50 upright row; t-bar squat 55;jumping jacks 20

  • May 18 Tuesday, OC gym:

    • Treadmill 2.5 miles (morning before and after prime-timers)

    • Prime-timers 8:30am

    • Treadmill 2.5 miles (before steps)

    • Steps 6pm

    • Pilates 7pm
