1/14/12 Kaufman NA Speaking

I spoke at the Kaufman NA group Saturday night. I was told my speech was good, too. I qualified myself to be a member of NA. I told of my family tree, upbringing, a few points of interest in my life that played a part in developing my addictive behavior. I then began speaking on the spiritual principles of each of the steps. I was only to Step 3 when Andy looked at the wall clock and told me I had 5 minutes left. By this point, I had spoken almost 45 minutes. I need to cut short the qualifying part of my speech so I have more time to expand on the spiritual principles. Its all good. I have been asked to speak again on March 17 in Chandler.
