Thursday June 17, 2010 Happy Birthday Les.

Today is my best friend and life partner Les Pannell’s birthday. If he were alive, he would be turning 51 today. He passed away August 11, 2001. We were together 7 years. I was so very sad to see him go, but I knew he was in constant pain, so, I welcomed the fact he was no longer in pain and in a much better place. I miss him.

I met Les that one time, after our journey to the west coast. I understand what you are saying. I also lost my beloved Skip in August, albeit in 1997, and he is on my mind often and I miss him terribly. Happy birthday to Les now on the other side, and hugs for you cousin.
